Perspective:Work
The counseling center Perspektive:Arbeit advises and supports women affected by violence on their path to employment or in their search for training.
Our staff are women with training in the psychosocial field. If needed, we arrange interpreters.
Our services include
- Support with career orientation
- Support with entering the workforce
- Counseling for uncertain or difficult employment situations
- Support with problems at work
- Counseling for financial concerns or personal life situations
- Support with job searching and job placement
- Support with writing applications and job interviews
- Support and counseling when starting a new job or training
- Support in dealing with authorities and offices
We are here for you
We provide individual counseling to women affected by violence aged 16 and over regarding their concerns.
You are in the right place if you:
- have experienced violence in your relationship
- have had contact with a women’s shelter or another violence protection facility
- are authorized to work in Austria
- are a client of the AMS (Public Employment Service Vienna) or registered as job-seeking
- have your residence in Vienna
- are at least 16 years old
Counseling is free of charge.
