Service Center for Child and Youth Welfare
The service center is the first point of contact for the diverse services of child and youth welfare. The services are:
- Counseling for questions, concerns, conflicts, and crises in the family
- Referral to the appropriate agency
- Access to documentation
- Appointment scheduling for specialized counseling
Children’s and Youth Advocacy Vienna
The Children’s and Youth Advocacy is an ombudsman office. This means it helps children and young people who have a problem. For example:
- with the family
- with friends
- at school
- or at the training facility
The ombudsman office represents the interests of children and young people and attempts to find a solution with the other party.

- Information about rights, responsibilities, and obligations
- Advocacy, mediation office
